Choose the original photo
Choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP. On your phone, use Choose photos or Take a photo. If HEIC won’t open, export a JPEG copy first.

Check all four corners
Open Crop and check each corner against the document’s edge. Review automatic suggestions; keep the full photo if the boundary is unclear.

Choose a readable appearance
Try Original, Clean color or Grayscale. Black-and-white can lose faint marks, so zoom in before choosing.

Generate and check your PDF
Select Save PDF and choose your quality and page size. Generate, check the size and small text, then download.
