How to Scan Multiple Pages into One PDF

Add all the pages
Choose several photos or use Add photos after each capture. Wait for all pages to appear before exporting.

Check the reading order
Use Move page earlier or Move page later to arrange the page strip. Replace blurred photos before exporting.

Review each page separately
Check each page’s corners and appearance. Use Rotate for orientation, or Fit to photo to keep the cropped proportions.

Choose a sensible file size
Start with Balanced. Set a KB or MB target if needed. Every page stays, even when the target cannot be met.

Preview the complete document
Generate the PDF. Check page count, order and small text, then download.
